Hi, I am Brittany! I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. I hope to help individuals achieve their desired goals and overcome life’s challenges. Taking a collaborative approach, my goal is to support others through their healing journey; allowing them to feel heard, validated and understood. I believe every individual is capable of achieving their own happiness, reaching their full potential, and becoming the best version of themself. I aim to help others identify their struggles, gain skills to cope and develop a treatment plan that is tailored to meet each individual’s unique goals and needs. By empowering individuals, I believe we can work together to build upon personal strengths in order to help you reach positive change and live a more meaningful life.
I am currently a graduate student, completing my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, and under the supervision of La’Tarra Tynes.
