The amount of therapy sessions is individualized and depends on the nature of your issue and the goals that you would like to reach in therapy. It also depends on how committed you are in therapy and the frequency of your sessions. Sessions can be weekly, biweekly or monthly. This will be decided by you and your therapist.
Your therapist will work with you to determine approximately how long you will be in therapy. However, most of our clients notice an improvement after 3-10 sessions.
Our Registered Psychotherapist fees range depending on the provider’s designation, experience, and the type of treatment required by the client.
All fees are within the recommended ranges by the professional colleges of each provider.
We also have a low-cost therapy program provided by our Psychotherapy Masters level interns. Please let us know if you are interested in this opportunity.
Confidentiality is our priority, so unless you approach and speak to your therapist, they will respect your confidentiality and not acknowledge you in public.
It is totally up to you if you want to say hello and break your own confidentiality. If you say hello, your therapist will then acknowledge you in public. This is YOUR process and it is important to us that you are comfortable.
